Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were a nice size and very clean, with extraordinary customer service. However, there were several unresolved issues throughout my week-long stay, even though the rooms were roomy and could accommodate several people, despite it being only my husband, 1-year-old, and me.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a convenient Murphy Bed and a great kitchenette, but there was a noticeable smoking odor. The service was generally friendly and informative, but there were attempts to push a property viewing event involving pre-loaded credit cards. The location was nice but had challenges like difficulty finding a chair and tight spaces. Dining was delicious but slightly overpriced compared to other chains, with fresh ingredients.
